From the 19th to the 22nd of July in front of the New Palace, Potsdam
In time for the 300th birthday of Frederick II of Prussia, the Höfische Festspiele Potsdam, in close cooperation with the Fürstliche Hofreitschule Bückeburg present an authentic baroque horse carrousel with live music, dance, singing and artistry based on the historic “Carrousel de Berlin,” that Frederick the Great put on in 1750, which was the largest royal festival of his reign. The setting for this multi-faceted piece of equestrian art is the World Heritage New Palace in the park of the Sanssouci Palace, Potsdam.
